Drum Circle novice? Here is our primer:

Our drum gathering at our downtown studio uses drums, sound bowls, and gongs and other fun percussion instruments.

3 buffalo drums and 2 mallets

The session is an hour long. We have drums you can use during the drum circle. We have buffalo drums, frame drums and djembes as of now for you to borrow.

This space can be whatever we need. Just hitting the drum to relieve frustration, anger and sadness (because it can take it). Adding sound bowls and chimes or whatever else we have a the studio. This is a space to explore the drum, the beats and sound. It can be a drum guided meditation or drum beats and silence. You are also welcome to just receive the healing rhythms and share your energy and drum as and when you are comfortable.

Wear comfortable and cozy clothing.
