Are you looking for a way to relax your body and mind before the business of summer? If so, we have Michaela Goorahoo coming for a Restorative Breath work class at Salon 544 on May 30, 2023 at 6:30pm.
She will guide us through transformational breath work. There are so many benefits to meditative breath. Improvement of mental clarity, improve sleep quality, relax you body and mind and reduce anxiety just to name a few.
The class is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and the charge for it is $30.00 per person. Limited to 10 people.
